Event Content

At this offline event, executives who started their businesses in e-commerce or D2C and have broken through a growth plateau will share what they decided — and what they let go of — at that turning point.
A plateau often doesn't show up in the numbers right away, and growth beyond it rarely comes from simply extending what worked before.
Some rebuilt their channel strategy around "where to sell"; others redesigned their business around "who to build relationships with, and for how long." Going beyond success stories, the speakers will also discuss initiatives that didn't work and challenges they are still facing, so you can leave with the insights you need to decide which approach your company should tackle first.
The event consists of three parts: a panel discussion, a Q&A session, and a networking reception.
