We are co-hosting the in-person event organized by SUPER STUDIO Inc., "Osaka EC Community Meetup 2026 Autumn: How to Conceptualize and Build Customer Relationships in the Multi-Channel Era — Designing the Next Growth in the Age of AI —," to be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2026.

Event Details

The theme is "Customer Relationships Drive the Next Growth."

In the panel discussion, we will welcome guest speakers from Attenir Corporation and Ooshimaya Co., Ltd. to examine how they redefined customer relationships and made critical decisions moving forward—unpacking the decision-making process rather than simply recounting tactical success stories. We will share firsthand perspectives from the front lines on confronting relationships that cannot be captured by numbers alone and translating them into future growth, delivered with the close engagement unique to an in-person setting.

This community launched in the summer of 2026 as a hub where EC operators across the Kansai, Kinki, Chugoku, and Tokai regions gather to share knowledge. For this second meetup, we once again aim to create a forum for dialogue that transcends individual company and industry boundaries.
